1. choose your surface of exhibition

Your exhibition space varies according to your financial means and the popularity or international reputation of the exhibitions in which you want to exhibit.
In general, the proposed surfaces are as follows:​
  • Small areas usually located in hotel lobbies, corridors and exhibition access points. Surfaces may vary between 3 x 3 feet. and 6 x 8 feet. These are usually points of service or information.
  • Standard surfaces 8 x 10 ft. and 10 x 10 μl. which represent about 80% of the available surfaces in the salons.
  • Large areas that are in fact multiples of standard 10 x 10 ft. (10 x 20 ft., 10 x 30 ft., Island 20 x 20 ft., Etc.)

2. CHOOSE THE HEIGHT OF YOUR exhibition DISPLAY

According to the exhibition organizers' regulations, there are maximum heights to be respected depending on the location of your booth.
We invite you to consult precisely the regulations of the exhibition sites to know these maximum heights.
Nevertheless, the rule is generally the following:
  • The surfaces of 10 x 10 pi. or their multiples, which are aligned in the center aisles, host 8-foot. booths max. height.
  • The surfaces of 10 x 10 pi. or their multiples that are aligned to the perimeter of the living room, back to the wall, can accommodate 12-foot booth. max. height.
  • The surfaces of 10 x 20 pi. or 20 x 20 ft. at the top of the gondola can accommodate 10-foot kiosks. wide x 10 feet high.
  • Islets 20 x 20 ft. Minimum surface area can accommodate 16 'tower structures. height.

3. choose the shape of your exhibition display's panels

We have a variety of shapes to enhance the visual of the message and the values you want to convey through your exhibit booth. Having panels of different widths and shapes allows variety of layout of your booth depending on the available surfaces, an arrangement in line or corner and depending on ideas to communicate by printing panels with different concepts. Subsequently, you can change the fabric of a single panel (without changing the aluminum frame) while keeping the rest of the kiosk unchanged.
  • Right top panels are available in 1m (39 in.), 2m (78 in.), 3 m (10 ft.), 6 m (20 ft.), 9 m (30 ft.) and in any custom configuration.
  • Angle top panels are reversible and can be installed in both directions.
  • Curved and S-Type panels are only available in 3m / 10ft wide.
  • Panels can be printed on one side or both sides.
